Sri Krishna Matha Udupi is a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Krishna, it is located in Udupi district of the state Karnataka, India.
The History of the Sri Krishna Matha Udupi says that it was found by the Saint called Madhwacharya in the 13th century, the temple is built in Dravidian Style of architecture and the idol in this temple is facing west, it is a must-visit place in Udupi and thousands of devotees visit this temple to seek the blessings of Lord Sri Krishna. Sree Krishna Janmastami is the main festival celebrated here and devotees will visit more during this festival.
Modern outfits are not allowed to Sri Krishna Matha Udupi, men can wear traditional Panche, Normal Shirt and pant and women can wear Saree, salwar with dupatta and half saree.
