Sri Karmanghat Hanuman Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Anjaneya Swami (the great Bhakth of Lord Shree Rama), it is located in Hyderabad, India.
The history of the temple says that once the King of kakatiya went to the forest for hunting and a few hours later the sat beneath the tree to rest for a while, when he was resting under the tree he heard a voice chanting Sri Ram in curiosity when he went in search of that voice he saw an Idol of Hanuman whose posture was like seating and meditating he found that the voice was coming from that idol, after paying his respect to the idol he returned back to his home. the same day the Lord appeared in his dream and asked the king to build a temple, the king immediately built a temple for Lord Hanuman. When the Mughal Empire tried attacking this region they couldn’t even step the temple compound, when the king himself tried he heard a voice saying If you want to destroy the temple Oh king harden your heart ( Kar Man Ghat) and hence the temple name is Karmanghat Hanuman Temple.
Hanuman Jayanthi is the main festival celebrated here and food will be given to the devotees on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
