Suchindram Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to Trimurtis, denotes to Lord Shiva, Vishnu, and Brahma. The temple is located in Suchindram, Kanyakumari district, Tamil Nadu, India. Suchindram Temple is basically known as Thanumalayan Temple. Which was built in the 17th century by the Nabudiris family of  Thekkumon Madam? The temple is famous for its seven-story Gopuram which is even visible from a long distance.

The place got the name of Suchindrum from the Sthala Purana. In the Hindu Mythological legend from the Suchindram Temple has its own king of devas, but Indra got relieved of a curse at the place of the main linga in the temple located. The term “Suchi” in Suchindrum is even believed that it has derived from the Sanskrit meaning that stands for “purify”.  Than Ardhajama Pooja is been performed by Lord Vishnu. or Worship on behalf all midnight every day.
There is a Hanuman statue which stands is 22 feet tall and it is carved of a single granite block the earlier days. The statue is one of the tallest statues of its type all over India.
