Pashupati Temple is situated on the banks of the river Bhagmathi in Kathmandu valley, Nepal. It is dedicated to Lord Pashupathinath, there’s a strong belief in people that Pashupathi Temple has got the grace of God as it remained unharmed even after earthquake.
Among the 12 Jyotirlingas Pashupati is considered to be the head of these Jyothirlingas and this is the main reason for Hindus to worship this Pashupathi, thousands of devotees come and seek the blessings of god during Shivratri festival, and the temple is built in Pagoda style of architecture.
