Jogulamba Temple Telangana is located in Alampur, Gadwal in the state of Telangana, India. Alampur is a town situated on the banks Tungabhadra River, in the state of Telangana. Alampur is considered as the western gateway of Srisailam. There are many remains of the ancient temples that signify Badami Chalukyan architecture. The region in which the Temple exists was ruled by many South Indian dynasties. The mian deities at the Jogulamba temple are Jogulamba and Balabrahmeshwara. Among 18 shakti peetams in the country, Goddess Jogulamba is considered the 5th Shakti Peeta.
