Cheruvugattu Shivalayam

Cheruvugattu Shivalayam Telangana is located in Cheruvugattu in the state of Telangana, India. This Temple is considered to be very famous in both Telangana and South India. Cheruvugattu Shivalayam is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The speciality of this shrine is that on the day of the new moon, devotees sleep in and around the temple for a night, they believe that all their problems will be relieved.

Another interesting fact about this Temple is Muddu Gundlu, on which Lord Shiva’s linga is situated. Devotees can reach the spot using the steps. Muddu Gundlu is located on three big Boulders. One can reach there only through steps, which are actually very tricky. One must be careful.
